speed work

    had a pretty bad knee injury and have since recovered, but now need to up my speed and agility. anyone have any tips? the equipment seems to be very ex[pensive so im trying to avoid having to buy them!

    if your talking about ladders, just buy two 1x1 pieces of wood and cut em up every foot or so. Should get bout 12 pieces. Place them apart and you've got cheap ladders.
