Hydro treatment

    Does any one know of any place that does Hydro therapy for people with back trouble. The one I'm talking about is in the swimming pool.

    Liffey Valley Fitness have 2 hydro pools.

    I think you do, it's €15 to bring a guest in for a session though I think it may only be €10 to use the pool and facilities.

    Give them a ring on 01 6160688 to see if you can use the facilities.
