anyone getting this???, i downloaded the trailer it looks sweet. im going to use the offer they have in game stop. Trade any2 360 games and get any 360 game for 10 blips. good offer i must say.

29th is a big day for releases and unfortunately I think I'll give The Darkness a miss. Gonna go for Overlord, Resi 4 and Ninja Gaiden.

See the thing is it's not ANY 2 360 games, they have to amount to a certain trade in value. Good old terms and conditions... Yes, one could consider that deceitful...

yup saw the new trailer and and in-game trailer also and have to say it looks savage, the gunplay reminds me alot of half life 2,especially the sound of guns and the hollow atmospheric noise that is in indoor environments.

Aye felt a change would be a laugh. Zapp Brannigan is cooler though!

Reviews look promising alright. But it's only what you'd expect from Starbreeze after Riddick.

Looking at Play Asia it doesn't seem to be region free.

2 different threads regarding this game, thought i'd post up what I wrote in the other one:

Well if it's region-free then the cheapest place would be Play Asia at about €36 including postage. It could be region-free as another one of 2K's published games is (Prey).

Otherwise, currently the cheapest PAL version is on BlahDVD at €50.99 including postage.

Anyone else with more info, put it up here, I'm severely tempted by this game.

Anyone know for definite that it's region-free or not? Neither Video Games Plus or Play Asia have said yet.

Yahoo! Games gave it 3 out of 5 (60%!) and some other sites have it scored in the 70s! I've never gone to Yahoo! or these other sites before for game reviews so I don't know how accurate / reliable they tend to be. Still, surprised that there seems to be a difference of opinion forming across different sites.

1up et al are the only ones I really bother with. IGN should be ignored, IMO. They come out with complete nonsense sometimes. The Gamecentral score, though, is my usual bible.
As for price, HMV are usually good, +10% student discount should you have the proper identification
