Used to be in the gym minimum 3 days a week when i was in college , but now that ive moved out and been working in intel on intra, ive seem to have let myself slip a bit.

    I'm 6 ft 1'

    12.5 stone

    Male

    Aged 19

So at the moment, this is my regime:

Monday - 1 hour of Indoor Football - This is fairly tough as I'm Playing with mostly good players, but enjoyable. 5 on 5

Tuesday - 1 hour of weight Training - Bicep, tricep, abdominal and pectoral excercises etc. Cover most muscle groups. (is this a problem?)

Wednesday - 1 Hour minimum (sometimes 90 mins) of outdoor football. 5 on 5

    Thursday - Same as Tuesday

Friday - 1 hour Indoor football, 4 on 4, which is fairly tough.
I've tried to ditch the threadmill as it is incredibly boring and tedious

Living with 2 students, we're broke so don't overeat. I go out every 2nd thursday and would have maybe 7 or 8 pints of lager, plan to cut down on this though.

I go out every saturday, and usually get fairly twisted.

I'm assuming i obviously need to cut down on alcohol consumption, but otherwise how is this regime for reducing body fat.

Last time i checked was in around 18-19% body fat. This dropped during last summer but has most likely gone back towards that area in the past couple of months.

Also I'm a smoker if that matters.

    Thanks

Did you forget to post your diet? It's more important than any training plan.

sorry i don't realyy have the figures such as exact calorie intake etc.

but here are my usual eating habits.

breakfast - bowl of rice crispies w/ half sachet of sprinkled sugar.
    - 2 slices of brown bread toast w/ butter

    lunch - 2 slices granery/wholemeal bread
    - 1 bowl of vegetable soup or chicken soup

dinner is where im sort of lost. I'll eat whatever will do in the fridge, which isn't a huge choice due to the fact im a poor student.

I don't usually eat any fried food and try to stick to boiled grilled or baked and eat an average dinner.

an example would be last night where i had a medium serving of shephards pie.

do i need a strict diet as long as I keep excercising as above?

    "I don't overeat"

If you did not overeat you would not need to drop body fat.

The quality of the food you eat is terrible and its just as cheap to eat well than eat quick foods.

There is no need for ANY diet, just eat foods that are obviously healthy and read the stickies
