Advice on diet please

I'm looking for some diet advice

I try and train the other 5 days - weights three days, cardio 2 days.

I have a desk job which sees me spending at least 2 days a week, tuesday and wednesday, working from 9.30am till around 10-11pm (not as crappy as it sounds).

I'm trying to work out a timetable for eating that takes in to account this big sedentary period. Should I leave a larger gap between my normal six meals or should I eat more to stop my metabolism slowing down? My goal is weight loss.

Does anyone else have this problem or anything else to add?

    I'd really appreciate any comments.

basically work out how many calories you need on these long days, then divide that number by the amount of meals you want in that day and that is roughly how large your meal should be.
however what ever you do don't go down the route of thinking that eating more then you should in an attempt to stop your metablosin from slowing down is a good thing
