Review on fitness gym "Curves" in Dundrum needed

    Hi,

    Does anybody know how good/bad Curves fitness center is? This is an all ladies gym in Dundrum village.

    They have half the price offer if joining with a friend. If anybody interested to join, pls leave me a message and I will get back to you with all the details.

    How good it curves, well it really depends.

    If you are in anyway fit, chances are that you may become very limited in how far you can progress pretty quickly, however if it is your first time at anything like this it can be quite suitable for beginners

    Like already said if your a beginner it could be good but if your really serious about getting fit or loosing waight ect.. your best off getting into a gym, total fitness in sanyford is your best bet, only 10mins from dundrum village.
