I have taken all three types discussed in the link you have attached. Personally, i have found Kre Alkalyne to be most effective and it's reasonably priced as well. CEE is effective in itself but it's very expensive. I found mono to be about the same as CEE tbh, and mono is so much cheaper.

I dont know why i found Kre Alk to be the best, maybe it was due other factors such as sleep, diet, and training intensity at the time. Maybe it was the supplement itself is superior - its hard to tell.

I think the best way of taking Creatine is to take Explode before workouts - aside from the nitric oxide increasing factors and the stimulants in it, it contains 1500mg of CEE and Creatine Malate. (im going by the Nutrition x version, as thats the one i have)

I was going to start taking CEE but after reading that thread, I think I'll give mono a go.

Did you experience much bloating or upset stomach from mono????

Nutrition X seemingly do a good mono creatine.

I've never experienced an upset stomach on any form of Creatine to be honest. Never really noticed much in the way of bloating either - i often wondered if bloating while on creatine was a myth and just a cover up for a bad diet!

I've never taken nutrition x mono, but i've heard decent reports about it. Any Nutrition x product i've tried has been very good, so i cant imagine their mono being any different.

    Reply much appreciated. Thanks.

I'd be interested to hear if anyone else experienced stomach upset or bloating from mono.

I suppose mono is pretty cheap and if I don't like it I can just stop.

I've also heard nothing but good about Nutrition X, plus they're Irish :D

Ive also taken the three types of creatine mentioned in the article and ive found Kre Alkalyne to be the most effective. Ive been using fusion nutrtion's Purple k tablets for around a month now and have found them to be excellent. In the past i did get bloated from mono but it could have been from a few different things i think you should just try each one of them out and see which type suits you the best, At the end of the day everyone's different and people will have different reactions to the various types of creatine out there!!

Good post, Thanks. What do you thing it was bloated you with the mono? Can you buy Kre Alkalyne in powder form? I'd prefer to mix it into my PWO shake....

Do people find creatine makes them aggressive?

Also has anybody tried CellX? It's just mono with Glutimine right? Do people find CreatineX good???

Kre Alkalyne does come in powder form. Theres a list of Kre Alk products on this link, some of which are powders. Well worth having a look through.

No, Creatine doesnt make people aggressive, nor should it! Theres a lot of bullsh*t out there about Creatine, which is best ignored. Most of it is a result of the pharmaceutical companies trying to damage health supplement manufacturers.

I meant to say in one of my earlier posts that if you're gonna take mono, you should mix it with glucose and take it after training. It works much better that way due to the insulin spike from the glucose. However, if you're using a pwo product that contains dextrose or glucose, just add the mono.

I'm going to give the mono a go because it's readily availible in the powder form without purchase over the internet. I've a pretty crap stomach, so fingers crossed it's just a placebo effect. I'll keep you updated, I'm doing exams at the minute, so it'll prob be next week before I get a chance to buy some, thanks for the advice!
