Hi, just wondering is there anything I could do or take to put on a little bit of weight? I am 19, around 5ft 1' and 6.8 stone with a fast metabolism. I am naturally thin but would love a little bit more weight on me. I know my body is probably the most ideal way to be but I hate people thinking that I am too thin!

short answer is just eat more! six small meals a day....never more than 3 hours without eating while awake......if u find it hard to eat that much maybe some Meal Replacement Shakes which have a few hundred calories per serving such as Mass x ull find them here www.pronutrition.ie

Eat your 6meals a day (see stickies) + supplements if need be - find a routine - lift - drink pints and pints of water- rest - repeat until you see results.

Basic I know but I'm sure other posters can give you the finer details.

I heard alot of those mass gainers are full of sugar though. Does this mean you put yourself at risk to the likes of diabetes?

This one says it's complex carbs. http://www.pronutrition.ie/products.php?action=product&id=30

Could it really be only "complex carbs" though?

right i could be wrong but judging of your height your a girl? If so i would recommend lifting as a way to adding muscle mass. g'em did a great post on the teamtestforum on why girls should lift http://www.teamtestforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=67
Lifting weights and eating more food will give you a more defined physique if that helps at all? You could post your current diet for some feedback if you wanted?
