Anybody know where would do "adult" gymnastics.
I'm 20 and male.... so those are the specs really.

Any help would be appreciated and any type of gymnastics would be good? Used to do it when I was younger but had to stop, and now I'd love to go back, mainly for the flexing and conditioning.

    Hi,

I just came across this thread now.

I only heard about a week ago that Trojan Gymnastics Club are hoping to begin a new term of Adult gymnastics. They are situated in Blackrock in dublin.

Also *******n Gym Club do adult classes but is generally by invitation only and to people such as gymnastics coaches who would like to go back training, but it is worth a shot!
