Kicking off a gut busting

I'm starting a bit of a weight loss kick on thursday.

at the moment i have access to a heavy bag, a weights bench with a barbell and dumbells and some, but not a lot of weight.

I'm thinking of a five day a week programme - either three days bag work and two days weights or vice versa - with a change to a six meal a day diet.

Anyone any suggestions about exercises, weights, exercise durations or other things?

If your looking to primarily aid weight loss right now then i would suggest some high intensity circuit style training, going from various compound and dynamic lifts to rounds on the bag etc.

If that type of thing sounds appealing i can post examples.

    Hi,

I wouldn't mind seeing some of those examples if you get a chance.

    Thanks.

Any examples would be quality, thank you very much.

what are compound and dynamic exercises? the one problem with my training space is that it has quite a low ceiling. I'm looking to lose some fat before going back to kickboxing training.
