I did a search on this but nothing answered my question.

Quite simply im quite an active person i go to the gym 4-5 times a week and this routing compromises of maybe 20 minutes running,5 mins bike,5 mins rower and maybe a combined 10 minutes in the weights area(Lap Pulleys and free weights).

Problem is i dont really seem to lose any weight in the pecs area, im not fat but their is too much tissue in the pecs area for my liking and the more weights i do seem to push it out more.
My diet is not too bad i might not eat vegetables every day but i feel i eat well enough....i eat a good bit of pasta but i hope that my gym work counters against this.

IS their any workout that can actually reduce the size of this area,im hapy with my weight overall just not this area??

    thanks

Will any sort of exercise make this worse?
