    So Iam starting back training. Hae sonw shag all weights wise in the last 4 years. 5 9 and 75kg. Looking to back into shape. Some on suggested this rogram for me.

    I'm avoding the core worlout. Basically I've always tough of abs as just vanity museles.
    Also I,am ding 45 minutes cardio 6 days a week and a 10 mile rune every second week.

    Thoughs suggestions. I'm I absolute tit for trying this or should I aim higher. Supersets suit me as Im pressed for time.
