I personally wouldn't recommend training more than 2 body parts each session. The way I do it is -

    1 day back
    1 day shoulders/legs (squats)
    1 day chest/arms (biceps)

that covers everything, and the other days I go to the gym I do cardio. I have tried cardio and weights on the same day but you just don't seem to have as much energy for both.
Back gets it's own day because I do pullups, barbell rows, deadlifts, and cable rows, and am on death's door by the end of it all.

http://www.teamtestforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=2037 some good sample programs here. Also you should have a look around t-nation they have a lot of discussion on programs and the relative benifits etc.
