You should be eating a calorie surplus to gain weight IE; eat more calories than you are using up. Read the stickies and your food labels to determine if you are doing this.

If not; eat more food and supplement when suitable/required.

Make sure your weight gainer isn't just a heap of sugar.

So then i should take another serving of Mass X. Theres about 600 calories in each serving and I hardly ever get 1000 calories into me each day

1000 calories into me each day

if your talking about not getting 1000calories into you in an entire day of at least 3 square meals you are nuts and need to be eating a hell of alot more.........i dont even know how that is possible seen as a yorkie bar is 300 calories
So then i should take another serving of Mass X

and in my completely un qualified experience If the above is true i would say definitely not you should be sorting your diet out first instead of taking a supplement

Is 1000 calories a day your total intake?

If so, forget about Mass X. You have much bigger problems than that. Even if I was looking to lose weight I'd still be taking in twice that amount. Read the stickies then come back again if you have further questions.

    imo that's a bad idea.

Totally agree that the diet needs improvement, but to say cut out the extra 600 kcals that you already need is a bad idea.

In a perfect world we'd all eat perfectly, but eating right takes alot of work, and if MassX is needed as a crutch til then, so be it.

OP, make sure you're working on getting you total FOOD intake up over the next couple of weeks.

point conceded, but as I'm sure you'll agree MassX is not the answer to OPs problems as much as temporary damage control.

1000 calories, I'd well believe it. I observed my skinny mate the other weekend when I was staying with him. He ate a bowl of coco pops and some toast in 2 days, that's all he ate in 2 days!!!! These people just don't enjoy food and see eating as a chore. I used to share a flat with this guy and cooked for him but had to stop as I couldn't handle watching half of a tiny meal been thrown in the bin.

I think he meant he hardly ever eats 1000kcal or mass X (not including the other food)
