    Hi there,

Id love to get into some lunchtime fitness. Im tryign to lose weight and walk about 45 mins to work a day. Id like to get in some lunchtime classes to boost my excercise during the day as I find it hard to motivate myself to give up my whole evening trecking in and out of a class.
    Any suggestions?

I only go to the gym at lunchtime. Find a gym near your work/college that you can reach in five mins or less. Most gyms do lunchtime classes that last 30 mins or so, if that's what you're looking for.
You'd probably be better off hitting the weights. I do a total body workout three days a week, with either low intensity cardio interval training on the other two weekdays. I try and use supersets and giant sets where possible. My workout isn't very long (30 mins, after a 10 min warmup) but it's intense.

I go at lunchtime myself. I find it great - it doesn't eat into the rest of my day and I get out of the office for a while.

I don't do classes - just a program of weights and CV.

I'm going during lunches atm too and am loving it. It's gonna be hard going back to the old routine. Do about 45mins of weight training.

and your boss will love it too.

With all the addition oxygen uptake and endorphins released during your session you'll me much more productive in work after lunch than usual.

    enjoy
