Can you offset shrink costs against income tax?

Was thinking of going to a therapist. From what I've heard it usually costs E50-E100 per session, pretty costly.

I'm just wondering, could i claim back tax on this as I would be able to if these sessions were GP visits.

Now the thing is, I'm not depressed or (clinically)insane, so really one could argue the sessions would be unnecesary. Perhaps this would make a difference.

    Can anyone confirm?
