I have not ever done them before. Can someone recommend some deadlifts and/or squats that I can do to enhance my routine and test myself a bit more...

    Thanks!

Are there not different types of deadlifts etc such as the Romanian deadlift clean and heave or something like that?

I'm just wondering what the best kind is...I was told there were many different techniques etc.

if you havent done them before, go easy on the weight, dig yourself in gradually.

Even with light weights you will feel it a day or 2 after. Very delicate area, if you rush in, you'll find yourself not able to walk to the toilet the next day. :D
