    im 280lbs and 29% bodyfat, I was wondering how many calories at a minimum I should eat daily to drop fat but not lose muscle.Im going to do the bodyforlife workouts which involves 3 days of 20 mins intense cardio and rotating between upper and lower body on weighttraining days, i think 2800 cals is the lowest I should eat also is a cheat day every week ok or a big no
