I'm gonna point out the obvious here but having just a shake at 1 pm and not eating til 10 pm (unless I misunderstood you?) is not good at all and will not help you lose weight ....

Lipotrim is a disaster and is currently being investigated by the Food Safety Authority-avoid!

Yeah I wouldn't be a fan either of putting these kinda fast-track-your-way-to-slim food into my body.

You didn't say what your diet was like or what you actually did do in the gym - it may be that you weren't doing enough in the gym or your diet wasn't good and that's why you can't lose weight.

No you didn't. If you joined a gym and went consistently and regularly and ate a proper diet, I guarantee you that you would lose weight and I am not even a personal trainer.

And if you are telling me you had one of these shakes and then a bowl of soup 9 hours later and this is all that you are eating, i guarantee you that you will probably die or get very sick if you keep that up for an extended period of time.

I would advise you for the sake of your health and your long term weight loss goals to seriously reconsider this. Please pm me and I will be more than happy to discuss your previous experience and outline a full nutritional and fitness program for you at no charge. I am a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist as well as being a certified and recognized medical professional (Western clinical medic and TCM physician) registered with VHI, BUPA, VIVAS etc.

Lipotrim is an obsenity and if an hour of my time can prevent you making one of the biggest mistakes of your life it is all yours.

Will you loose weight on Lipotrim, yes, will you put it back afterwards, also yes.

I lost about 4 stone using it, and a year later its back on. Believe me it feels completely utterly cráp to loose it and then put it all back on.
Couple that with the weeks of constipation, bad skin, shivering and brain fog I endured during it all.

Don't do it, you WILL I promise regret a year down the line as you have just seen all that weight just pile back on again.

I had great intentions and did eat well for a couple of months but then old habits crept back in and surprise surprise I'm back to my old weight again.

I'm changing what I eat now and my exercise habits, the weight will come off far slower but it will be long term. If only I'd done this instead of the bloody lipotrim in the first place - i'd be slim again and wouldn't be piling on the pounds..

Your choice, quick fix, quick to break again though and am certain its not a good thing to put your body through, it feels like shít..for weeks on end.

I've been there , done that, hope this gives you a little pause to think ruffles, I promise you, its better not to do this.

Hmm, i suppose i haven't really answered your post ruffle, what's it like on Lipotrim :_

Week one, hunger cravings will be tough.
Drinking 5-8 litres of water will be very hard to do, you will start to plan any journey around your pee breaks.
As ketosis kicks in you will be constantly cold, the diet doesnt give your body enough to maintain normal body temperature, result is you will shiver any time you are in a room less than body temperature heat = always on Ireland.
As time goes on the hunger cravings will go, you will just learn to filly your tummy with water if it grumbles (if you make it that far).
After a couple of weeks I really noticed that my mental faculties were struggling, memory was shot to hell, found it extremely hard to concentrate on anything and to be honest felt like I was peering through a fog at everything, honestly for me this was the worst, I'm a little hyper normally, but jebus my brain just shut down- I didnt even daydream when I was bored..there was just a blank space while i looked at the wall...very weird in retrospect.

Then there is constipation, if you get one movement a week it will be like rabbit poop..little balls. Most people have to take some kind of laxative to get the bowels even moving one a week. Definatly don't not try this if you have any kind of bowel condition like piles etc.

Enjoy..I sure as hell won't be putting myself though that again!!
