    Howdy,

I am a big believer in running for cardio, preferably on grass as the best form of carbio for a soccer player or anybody generally trying to get fit and lose weight but i have a couple of niggly injuries that will stop me running for a while but wont prevent me using the cross trainer

I never really trusted the cross trainer but used it the other day and got a good workout on it and intended on using for maybe 20 minutes a day 6 or so days a week for the next or month or so.

What do we all thing of this as a way or building up your fitness while burning fat. I would generall do move up all the levels from bout 10 or so to 25 or so, doing a minute on each, ( think it goes up to 25) and wouldnt be taking it handy on it!

I much prefer using the cross trainer than the treadmill. I find it tones better.
