Aminos - bought some out of supplement shop on caple street, twinlab, 180 caps for €40, havnt really seen anything better value wise. any ideas?

Creatine - Looking to buy some ethel ester in powder form, (mono doesnt really sit with me) will take the tabs if I cant get powder.

Havent really got a chance to look around town to compare prices/quanitys etc,

Any suggestions I would be grateful, cheers

Alternatively Nutrition X Xplode for CEE in powder. As for aminos, unless you're on a cut/ don't eat much protein there's really no reason to take an amino spplement, you'll get everything you need from food (and lots of other vitamin/ mineral benefits). Take BCAAs by all means, but full-profile aminos aren't really necessary.
