    it wouldnt be a problem if you just produced it to show it wasnt illegal to have it while explaining what it is. it could legaly still be confiscated for testing but it would be given back. my AK is gone for testing and i'llhave it back next week along with the test "receipt" which is nice for when i get asked about it sooner or later when its seen again by somebody..
