would you mind letting me know what this is like in person? its lovely but i heard they wear away easily or they are bad quality.
This is the first one I got
and like the reviews for this on Amazon say the clasp wasnt really well secured and kept coming off but my brother super=glued the inside of it so it's perfect now and you wouldn't know anything had ever been wrong with it. Other than that I've no complaints at all. They are beautiful bags, seem to be very good quality and I always get loads of compliments! It may be a matter of luck because some of the reviews don't seem to be great but I'm very happy with mine!0 -
I'm currently in the States for work, so I hit the outlets today for some shopping.
Two pairs of shoes in Nine West (for work). One was $55, the other $50, but it was Buy One Get One Half Price, so the total was about $85
In Sak's OFF FIFTH avenue, they were running a promotion with 25% off most items. This Calvin Klein dress was tagged at $100
These two sets of Rayban sunglasses were both tagged at $90 - one pair is polarised (great for driving). The first pair is slightly Wayfarer in style, so I like that.
Total spend in Saks was about $225, with $73 of discount
Last night, I went to Belk, a department store across the way from the hotel. They were having a red dot sale on clearance items, so I picked up the following
Ann Klein red floral dress - the photo makes it look very mumsy, which it isn't. Originally $139, reduced to $34.50
Ann Klein multicoloured jacquard skirt with pleat detail. Originally $109, reduced to $26.99
And lastly, this Tahari silk dress, reduced from $128 to $31.99 (Mine came without the belt thankfully, as I would have binned it anyway).
I also found a great discount cosmetic store, where I stocked up on lots of MAC stuff. Will post those over in the cosmetics purchases thread.0 -
Urban Outfitters sale, how I love thee!
Bought this jumper in both black and wine, €12 each. Really flattering and very cosy! Only (minor) complaint is the threads snag quite easily, so watch your surroundings when wearing it!
Also got these two tops, the first in ivory:
and this one in black:
The black one in particular falls really nicely, I just don't know what to wear under it! Wearing a black top underneath hides all the detail, so I'll have to find a little cami in a good colour.
Including delivery the whole order came to about €80.0 -

them. Won't be wearing them with the skirt in the pics. AA sizes are tiny though, I always take S/M in tights, these are M/L and are pretty snug!
