Bought this dress (except in black) on Monday. It looks really good on, and can carry me from work to evening, which is exactly what I need!

This arrived today and it is horrible.

The material is like the material you get on rain coats and it's see through.

It was longer on me than on the model, but still very short on me.

It's gone back to ASOS, very disappointed with it

I hadn't realised that it was the Kate Middleton dress until I tried it on and the shop assistant mentioned it to me!

I got it in Reiss in the Kildare Outlet. They actually had quite a few left, though I think the biggest size was a 10 (though they're generous sizes!). The really funny thing is I had tried on another dress and it didn't fit, so the shop assistant suggested this one, which is something I wouldn't ordinarily go for... But I tried it on anyway... And I'm really pleased I did!

Went into the BT sale today and was very surprised by the quality in the sale in the Shoe Room. I think that there will be good bargains there in a while, once the shoes go to 50%-70% off.

This was a big spend for me, but I'm really pleased with all pairs.

Chloe Ellis Wedges. Reduced from €425 to €215. Really lovely on and beautiful leather.

Was in town on a totally unrelated matter but happened to stumble across the BTs sale.

Picked up the 'Something Blue' Mamola Blahnik shoe aw seen on the Sex and the City film (No.1).

The price: € 562. 00 DOWN TO €200

Thrilled!

I've been admiring the Shola for months now as a friend and bought it for a wedding and sent me an email picture of it at the time. So, when I saw it in Reiss in Arnotts on Friday, I had to try it on. I didn't like it on at all.

It's some sort of man-made fabric (I can't remember exactly) and I didn't find it very comfortable. I object anyways to paying so much money for an item made of such poor materials. It's a pity because had it been made in a nice twill cotton, or a silk/cotton mix, I would definitely have bought it. I think the cut is amazing, and so flattering.

After much searching for comfy, narrow fitted, closed in toe wedges, I found these yesterday reduced to 15 pounds

Divinely comfortable and make me taller than my boy which is kinda funny. Needless to say he isn't a fan

Thanks everyone for your comments - I wore the Prada cork sandals in town today and they were so comfortable. New shoes always make me feel happy.

The Miu Mius are more special occasion shoes - but I'll wear them soon!
