    For your back - deadlifting
    For your core - squatting

Neither require a bench, but presumably you got a barbell and some weights with it so you can still do these. Unfortunately a squat is going to be very difficult without a rack so maybe some floor wipers is what you need?

You've got back problems? What kind of back problems?

I do squats without a rack, just low weight & high reps. Better than nothing and my legs are in bits the next day so they must be doing something!

You would want to see a medical professional before doing weights with a back problem.

    Hey Baby4,

You could try sitting on a swiss ball in work.

    Absolutely fantastic for core strength.
