See you were sightseeing on the ramp at JFK. Did you see the A380,its usually close to the EI aircraft when you are departing in the evening.

And is the USS Growler open yet at the Intrepid? I was there in Jan (-5 celsius!) and it wasn't finished being refurbished. Did get good shots of the Concorde and the Intrepid,it was so cold there was few bodies around.

Great day at NZWN today with a nice collection of aircraft on display. We had a Dash 8, Jetstream, Cessna Caravan, 737, Metroliner, Corsair, Nanchang and a few others. Met some really cool pilots and finally got a sit in the pilots seat of a dash-8. I'd say they're a lovely plane to fly.

Anyway loads of shots here if anyone's interested:

Nope still here until July:) the Saddam plane pictures were taken yesterday along with some of the helicopter ones.

The C-17 is luxury in comparison to the C-130 that I have travelled in most of the time in and out!!

I will try and get better shots of the helicopters and any other interesting flying machines :D

If flying on this aircraft in the future id recommend anyone to bring along their Ipod, mp3 player or even portable DVD player as they can all be connected to the Inflight entertainment system. Each seat has an AUX connection, USB connection and ipod connection. The Krisworld system was pretty good as well but you always have the option of your own media if you want.

The suites are pretty much overrated in my opinion. Not as much privacy and luxury for the price you pay. Anyone over 5'10 can see straight over the top into every suite when walking past. The best seat on the plane would be the business class as you have a lovely wide seat than can extend as a flat bed and great sized screen in front. The air stewardess's allow you to walk around the plane between the upstairs and downstairs economy sections but the first and business classes are off limits during the flight so i had to get the pics once we landed.

The rear third of the upper deck is economy with nice 2x4x2 seating. Nice seats if you can get them, I asked at checkin as we were there early. Smaller windows though, but you get boarded on and off a bit quicker and get to walk through all the upper deck for a nose at the other classes.

It's been too overcast to take any decent pictures here lately.
I took these two today though.

The first one is of a Sikorsky S61N.
The second one is of poor quality though.
It's of an F3-Tornado getting warmed up in a hangar.

Heres just a few shots of EI-EAV at AGP yesterday.Quality isent great as I only had my phone to hand at the time.
The flight was handily useing a remote stand down in the biz jet area about a mile from the terminal so it gave a great opportunity for a few shots.

If anybody is heading to AGP from Dublin, its definetly worth a couple of quid extra over the competition to get the Aer Lingus A330 flights. The AVOD tv screens in each seat make the 2hrs40min pass by very quick.

It was taken from the industrial estate. If I remember rightly you go in the main entrance of the industrial estate and straight on down to the fence and its around there somewhere.
I could have cried when I saw it:(.

(Not dual-account muppetry, my brother just posted our pics together)

Trying to submit a photo for the first time.
I do apologise if I make a mess of it. I took this April 13, 2009 using my Blackberry Storm phone. The UAE A380 had just landed on 27R and is taxing to Terminal 3.
