    35kg x5x2 (assisted)

    Cable Standing Cross Over
    27.5 x 5x5

    Saturday Legs (Goal 100kg)
    Squat 50kg +20kg bar x 5 x5
    Leg Press 12 5 x 5

    I usually squat 55kg dunno wot happened that day
