Cee-Pro are very expensive. Besides that they will not help you gain the weight you are looking to gain. They will help minimally with increasing strength and muscular size but they come secondary to a high calorie diet and training programme. Have you got that nailed down?

yes i have a diet, i have also previously tried weight gain protein drinks but i didnt really gain any weight from them.

also, what do you guys think of the tablets - better or worse than powder?

    any other advice welcome.

    thanks

I think it would be more important that you post an average days eating for us to see before we start telling you to take CEE.
