Weights or Cardio first??

    Hey All,
    So ive been working really hard over the last 6 weeks, bar the weekend just gone:( anyway im going to the gym 3/4 times a week, eating a healthy 5/6 meals a day.At the moment im 16st, i've lost half a stone so far. I dont really wanna loose a massive amout more, maybe another stone, what i really wanna do is put on muscles. Anyway would i be better doing the weights before the cardio or vice versa in my work out??

    Weights first.

    More energy to overload muscles.
    Less chance for injury.
