Thanks - back to the drawing board... I had seen a lot of those bighugelabs flickr sigs - I thought they were ok... doesn't look like there's an easy way to resize the image in vb.

I find the same thing, can't see sigs. Not convinced its a problem. Looked through cp and couldn't find any useful information. Interested to know why they are not there though. (dont get them in firefox either)

Go to boards.ie > User Control Panel > Edit Options
Scroll down to Thread Display Options and make sure Show Signatures is checked.

well homerjay2005 had a HUMONGOUS sig,

but think its gone now, so i can sleep well:rolleyes:

yes,my sig is a thing of art, spent goddamn hours getting that pixel perfect:D

OMG every time I see a post from the poster with the sig "Centipides in my V8agina" (can't remember username) I have to shut down thread immediately, too many people sitting behind me.

Now that post should be a sticky.:D

Until now I've been using Adblock Plus in Firefox. Pretty easy to right click and block images and once you figure out how to use the wildcards it gets rid of piles of clutter from loads of sites. Makes them much more work friendly.

I brought this up in Feedback and boards admin DeV said the next version of the software this site runs on has (probably) better signature handling rules. This will make it harder to have too big pictures or too much text.

If anyone sees a offensive/massive sig, report it here and let a Smod deal with it http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=252965

It's short for signature. It's normally a quote from something irrelevant but sometimes it's a logo or in some users cases a big crappy picture.

LMAO!!!....Haha...I'm sure that mightn't go down to well in the workplace...its a good'un though. As for the person who said they dont like sigs...I find it makes it much easier to remember the different posters, given that there are so many.
