I was a member here last year and found it good during the day, no one really there, free machines etc, but as a post discussed earlier its an absolute nightmare come 5 oclock. They had in the region of 19000 members when I was there and I can only imagine its gone up.

I was there at about 4.00 -5.30 today. Bank Holiday Monday - a reasonably busy time I would imagine, and I had the squat rack to myself, I was able to go straight to a bench afterwards, and had no problem choosing any cardio machine after.

It's very rare that I'm very frustrated waiting for equipment there.
