    right, heres the new program

    day 1

    chest
    bench press
    fly

    biceps
    preacher curl
    Barbell curl

    delts
    seated shoulder press
    lateral raise

    abs
    just normal sit ups.

    day 2

    Back
    Single arm row
    lat pull down

    Triceps
    close grip bench press
    tricep pushdown

    Legs
    Squats
    lunges
    calf raises

    Traps
    dumbbell shrugs

    its my first progam that i made myself so what do ye think?

    also should say id be doing day one on mondays and fridays, and day 2 on wednesdays, then the week after swap,

    What reps, weight, sets are you using and your current stats i.e. weight, age, height etc

    I wouldn't recommend doing shoulders and chest on the same day, bad idea.
    Here's what I do

    Saturday - Back - Pullups, barbell rows, cable rows, deadlifts
    Monday - Cardio
    Tuesday - Shoulders/legs - Squats, Dumbell shoulder press, lateral raises, seated bent over lateral raises
    Wednesady - Cardio
    Thursday - Chest - Flat dumbell press, incline dumbell press, decline barbell press or weighted dips
    Friday - Cardio/biceps

    I think that spreads out the muscle groups quite well.
