    I feel stupid askin this, but, yeah whatever

    My neck is very small [random much??]

    It makes my head look out of proportion to my body

    Any tips for exercises to bulk it up a little?

    What kind of workouts do you do now?

    Generally deadlifts, farmer's walks & cleans are the way to go for trap development which helps. The actual muscles of the neck don't hypertrophy easily that I've seen, but rolling neck bridges, resistance band pulls with your head & wrestling are good ways of strengthening it.

    For explanations of any of the above terms;

    I'm not in the gym any more cos of work, so all I do now is jog, and work my biceps at home

    Well if you're not interested in bulking through weights,try eating more,it'll make the rest of you bigger and your neck will fill out too.

    How? what equipment have you got. An apparently skinny neck is usually just a long neck, building traps will shorten a seemingly long neck, probably easier to build the traps than the acutal neck.

    Wrestler's bridge but probably easier to build the traps.or both.:)

    Just some interchangeable Dum/barbells

    Only left the gym 2 weeks ago so only startin to sort out some home equipment

    Yeah, I think its tha fact that my traps are so small that my neck looks long and skinny

    Obviously you dont go straight to unnasissted bridges, start slow and use your hands first.
    It wont build mass that much though like you want, more strength.

    Bad thing about trap work is that you need a lot of weights. I can only bench about 65kg for 8 reps, but shrugs I can do about 80kg on each arm for 10 reps. Have to balance a barbell of weight as it wont fit on a dumbell, I also put them on a tricep bar which helps as it has a lower centre of gravity so balances easily

    just to say as well that just doing curls for your biceps wont make them grow.....u need to stimulate ur entire body to produce growth hormone and testosterone
