    Quick question

I recently broke my leg.. was in a cast for 8 weeks and went from playing sport 7 days a week to not even jogging for nearly 3 months!

Anyway, im nearly back and i have an aweful belly developed

What is the most effective way to get rid of it!!

Do situps help for that specific region of my body or are they useless vs diet and excercise?

    Cheers!

Proper diet, regular exercise and reading the stickies is the way to go.

I wouldn't even be bothered too much with sit ups at the moment - concentrate your time on doing some cardio, start with walking, and trying to get your diet in order. The weight will come off. You can then start introducing sit ups and some weights when maybe as you get yourself into the habit of doing some exercise.

Another "read the stickies thread" :)
