To much fat, think its the milk

    At the moment Im trying to gain weight (over the past 10 days Ive put on and kept about 4lbs, but it goes up and down like a yo-yo), anyway going by fitday.com, my diet averages out at 28% protein, 28% fat and 44% carbs, Im drinking about 2l of regular milk a day (thats including shakes and what I put in my porridge and cereal) and that is bumping up the fat, but it also has a good bit of carbs and protein in it, is there any milk out there that has the protein and carbs but not as much fat, is light milk any good, only thing I dont like about is is that it looks and tastes like water

    What's really killing you is all the sugar.

    2l of supermilk has about 104g of sugar in it.

    It's not the fat.
