    Right,

I was weight lifting for a couple of months and following a strict diet. For the last 3 weeks due to work and other commitments i have been unable to do any and my diet have gone out the window.

Will i be able to lift what i was lifting before my break / or do i suck it and see what i can do?

    Thanks

I'd be surprised if you jumped straight back in and started lifting the same weights.

Even if you're slightly down you should come back to full power withint 2 weeks or so.
