    Hey, I want to gain upper body muscle, shoulders, chest, upper arms & fore arms. Any advice on best way to do this?

    And leg work will help, doing squats works lots of muscles, it stimulates growth hormones that will make overall muscle development better.
    I mainly work the upperbody since I do a lot of cycling and legs are big enough. But I nearly always start a workout with a single set of 20 squats to jumpstart my system.
