Does anyone know of any Tae bo classes in Dublin?

I'm looking for something a bit different for the summer in addition to going to the gym

The YMCA on Camden Street do Khai Bo classes - the exact same as Tae Bo, but they can't call it that..

I used to go when they were convenient for me, and found them great - especially the hour long on on Wednesdays - amazing work out..

A buddy of mine does a boxercise class in LA Fitness and another mate does one in ALSAA. Boxercise = Tae Bo= Khai Bo

Or you could do what all the girls in my place do and just train the real thing!
