    Hey All,

I've been looking through all the post here over the last few days to try and better my diet, i've been doing very well over the last 2 weeks or so, lost about 7 1/2 pounds and im going to the gym 3/4 a week and am really enjoying and starting to notice alot of differances in the way i feel. I just wanna mix up my diet a bit so i wont get bored of what im eating.
Anyway of some of the foods ive heard mentioned I just have a few questions about, if someone can help me out on this id be really greatful.

Nuts-whats nuts would you recommend? And just normal unroasted/unsalted ones?
Tuna-Is the can of tuna in brine ok?
Good fats-Now im totally lost on this one, i was under the illuasion that all fat was bad?
    Seeds?
    Flax oils?
    Peanut butter?
Chicken Breasts-What the best way to cook them?

    Thanks.
    Vinnie,,

I'm only starting with all this so I can only give very limited advice.

    Nuts:

Walnuts are good (just listen to g'em sing their praises), they're tasty, full of good fat and other essential nutrients along with fibre which is good for your digestive system.

Nuts tend to have good proportions of fat and protein, the difference between them seems to be the proportions of polyunsaturate to monounsaturate to saturated fat along with what other vitamins they contain.

G'em/Dragan etc will be able to help you more, I'm just happy eating walnuts atm and don't feel a need to vary things much. :)
