    Due to some events last year I've became pretty withdrawn and inactive for throughout the year.

    I used to be slim, but due to the inactivity and more than my fair share of food consumption I've gained about 10kg.

    I've already got the food part sorted now, just want to rid this excess weight asap.

    What fitness regime would one recommend? I'm well capable of exerting myself, so don't be too kind on what you'd recommend, I just want to get back into shape soon :p
