Right guys i am finished up working next week for eight weeks "study" leave before my exams, and my football season finished this morning so im going on a serious six day a week weights program for the eight weeks (two body parts a day) and was wondering which would be the best to use to get thye maximun muscle build over the eight weeks

I have used no xplode in the past and know it has got creatine in it but not in the amounts that taking a creatine monohydrate supplement would (i think?) also found it brilliant innitially but then thought it got weaker and weaker and wile i got a serious pump from using it i felt due to the way i had to manage my diet round it it didnt, for me, promote continious muscle growth! and affected the sleep!

However i will be hitting the gym round 4 every day and my planned routine would suit no xplode so i was wondering which would be the best in ur opinions for the eight week period to really bulk up??

    any other suggestions welcome too!

Xplode pre-workout, 2/3 sccops of RAM postworkout with 5-10g of creatine mono in it.

And lots of food during the rest of the day!

I'm glad you asked that question, I was wondering the same thing...

And would 6 days weights a week not be overtraining?

I would of taught you needed at least 1 days rest between training days?

well id train the whole body over three days so id get two days rest for each muscle group between workouts and use a push and pull system so im not using the same muscles much on different days

Training 6x a week doesn't mean you're over training. It depends on volume and intensity.

    Xplode: http://www.pronutrition.ie/products.php?action=product&id=97
    RAM: http://www.pronutrition.ie/products.php?action=product&id=7
    Mono: http://www.pronutrition.ie/products.php?action=product&id=33

THey're all products I use personally and have foudn them to be very effective.

I think they're a good idea. Not completly neccessary, and not the magic bullet, but handy to have none the less.

The number of times you train a week is pretty relative to your experience and goals. There's no need whatsoever for someone who just wants to "shape up" to train more than 3-4 times a week with weights. Similarly there's no need for a newcomer to lifting to lift that often. It would probably be counterproductive and make them burn out before they'd really been able to appreciate decent progress.

Superdub BCAAs (the branched chain amino acids) are a great supplement to have in your arsenal when you're training very hard or under a calorie deficit. They are said to have a kind of muscle protective quality, so in those circumstances they're handy to have. Take them first thing, pre-gym, post-gym and before bed.

Other than that they won't do anything that your whey/ wholefood complete protein sources won't do.

I use more or less the same as Hanley, just different brands or whatever.

    So far, so good.
