Xplode II V's Xplode I

Anyone finding Xplode II not as strong as Xplode 1.

I would be wired for hours after the Xplode 1 and if I took in the evening before kickboxing no sleep till at least 4am. Scary stuff to be honest tub lasted me 3 months and only took it as a last resort and really needed to get through a workout. Xplode II is not a potent.

actually yeah, I'm finding that too - I thought it was just me!! I usd to get a brilliant "feel good" sensation for hours after taking Xplode I and a noticeable difference in energy levels/ pump but I'm just not getting the same with Xplode II at all. I really don't feel *anything* after taking it.

I know Hanley really likes Xplode II though...

The pump from Xplode II is FAR superior to that of Xplode I.

But.... I do feel it's somewhat lacking in the "kick in the ass" department pre training. THat said, I've set multiple PR's since I\ve started using Xplode II so it might just be a case of you not feeling anything but it's still doing the job.

sorry for slightly going off topic, is this stuff good for making you last longer? give you morn energy? it wont make you gain more weight will it ?

I haven't used explode I but just tried II there and I found it great all round, though a bit harsh on the taste buds!

I've never used either, I've used NO Xplode plenty though. Grape is horrible, lemon lime is great.

Was thinking of changing to Xplode but not so sure. It's more the kick up the ass part I like more than the pump.

I think BSN no Xplode is a far superior product to Xplode 1 anyway. Haven't used Xplode II.

just thought id weigh in with my opinion now that ive used xplode 2. Personally i think it is absolute rubbish and ive used it twice and the effect was neglible. and i do know how to use it, ive used bsn no xplode lots of times and now im going to try to get my money back on it from pro nutrition or an xchange for bsn no xplode

yeah I've tried it for 2 weeks and I'm thinking the same.
