    Yup, as i said in the current conditions thread:
    The first rain in 3 weeks has just started falling here in Meath in the last 15 mins or so. It is light and patchy in nature but the drops themselves are quite big. Not enough to wet the gound though. temp here today rached 18.9c but is now at 15c

    Can't wait for it here either, can smell burning gorse in the air, spring seems to be tightly coiled in anticipation.

    A couple of days rain and witness nature exploding into life, honestly can say i'm looking forward to rain right now like snow in winter.

    The yellow gorse flowers are totally spectacular right now though, hoping to take a few snaps of that tomorrow.

    Why is rain needed? Don't you know that rainfall at this time of year is directly proportional to lawn-mowing effort?!
