    has anyone ever tried them out before, i know people who have used them and they said it helped a lot in terms of strenght and size which is what im currently trying to improve on, they are quite expensive but from what i have heard worth it.

    Anyone have any experience?

    Yea they are good especially the gakic but not worth the money imo.

    Pity, myprotein.co.uk had a cheap Gakic powder but it got pulled pretty quick. Maybe Maximuscle have the suppliers sewn up?
