Ran 10K this morning, match tonight

    I've just run the UL 10Km in 52:41. Pretty pleased with my time as its the first time I've run 10Km.

    Thing is I have a soccer match tonight. Don't want to be cramping up early on so is there anything I should be eating or drinking to avoid a build up of lactic acid?
