Just wondering what people would consider a good diet for early morning jogging.
I currently go for a jog for about 30 mins in the morning before work and would be interested in peoples advice on what to eat before jogging. Obviously I don't want to eat anything too heavy just before running.
    Any thoughts/suggestions???

I cycle first thing in the mornings, and have found a banana easy to digest and gives me everything I need not to bomb. I have also had no problems having a small bowl of breakfast cereal. Sometimes, I don't have anything - I let my belly tell me if it needs something or not - it normally does need a little something though.
Only you will know what is good for you first thing in the morning, but I think you should have enough energy in storage for a 30 min low intensity run without taking too much else on board.
