I wouldn't be too worried about being too skinny - you're sixteen years old. You're six foot tall so have probably taken a stretch fairly recently, so you have to give your body time to catch up and fill out. It's probably not the best time in your life to be doing lots of weights, taking shakes etc imo, unless you're a serious athlete, which doesn't seem to be the case.

The only advice I can give you is try an eat as healthily as you can without getting too bogged down in it at this stage in your life - you should be enjoying food too, not letting it rule your life. To keep fit you should try and play sports as much as you can, and enjoy it- football, tennis, rugby, swimming etc. Keep active - Walk/cycle to school / college, go for a run if you're into that. But most of all, at sixteen you should be enjoying yourself and not locking yourself into strict routines.
