    Hello everyone! its my first post here :)

    So i have a kinda simple question, im 20 and around 75kilos, i want to increase my upper body muscle (slighty bigger and toned arms,chest and abs)
    and loose some fat around the upper leg region thigh.

    i have alot of free time and want to start asap

    any ideas on workouts, diets and supplements?

    really apriciate it
