Im looking for a bit of advice. Im not interested in putting in the time to get properly fit at the moment, Im just about to start doing pressups twice/three times a day and laps of a pitch. I was planning on just doing as many laps/pressups as I can each time and slowly up it.

Will that do any good or is it just a waste of time. My diet is pretty good.

Thanks for any opinions or comments

I suggest you post your daily diet and also what you hope to get out of tis? A bit more size, a bit less fat, etc???

As for will it help, anything is better than nothing, and consistently trying to add more reps is a good way to improve your strength.
