Hey guys, just so you are aware, Alwyn Cosgrove (a very well known & respected strength & conditioning coach) has compiled a very large CD with tonnes of contributing authors on all things iron. Apparently there is alot of new material, but quite frankly that doesn't even matter because the whole thing is to raise money…

Hey guys,

just so you are aware, Alwyn Cosgrove (a very well known & respected strength & conditioning coach) has compiled a very large CD with tonnes of contributing authors on all things iron. Apparently there is alot of new material, but quite frankly that doesn't even matter because the whole thing is to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma society. As you may know, Alwyn has had to battle with cancer himself & so it's nice to see him doing a project like this.

The CD works out at about EUR26 including shipping, so a round of five pints v's lots of good karma & a very big exercise reference resource?
